Now, instead of investigating crimes, its mission is to prevent them, meaning they have virtual carte blanche to infiltrate any law abiding organization or gathering to make sure all is right. And, even better, their third priority of dangerous crimes to stop (next to terrorism and espionage) is "cybercrime." We all know what a wide net that can be.
